The foam is very gentle and easy to apply. I would recommend washing your hands after cause the smell can be a little much. I also use styling products with this after drying my hair and it doesn’t seem to interfere.

I just use it once a day and it lasts about 2 and a half weeks if you only use a quick dab. Other than that, it is ok. Wish it was cheaper.
